Your application AND fee must be received no later than June 15, 2025 to reserve. Your canceled check will be your confirmation. If a check is returned by the bank, the vendor will be liable for additional fees and reservation is void.

Booth Size: 12’x12’
3 Days: $175 + $25 City Business License
Second spot to extend your operation: $100
Third spot if needed: $75
Please note that all vendors must have an Occupational Business License. By filling out this form, we will file on your behalf for the city of Fulton for the months covering September, October, November and December 2025.
